Bio: Ph.D. in Business Economics, Universidad Complutense de Madrid-UCM- (2002). Bachelor of Science in Management

(5th-year major: Finance), UCM (1996).  Associate researcher at the Haas School of Business, University of California-Berkeley (IMIO, 2002). Participant of the Management Research Seminars, Harvard Business School (1999, 2000). Researcher with the New Institutional Economics Groups (led by Benito Arrunada, Universidad Pompeu Fabra) and member of the Strategic Management research group (coordinated by Álvaro Cuervo, UCM). Member of the European Association of Management, The Academy of Management y Strategic Management Society, and speaker at their conferences.
